Licensed Class III Dealer
Class III / NFA Firearms
Licensed Class III dealer for suppressors, machine guns, short-barreled rifles, and more
Understanding the NFA Process
The National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934 regulates certain categories of firearms and accessories. To purchase an NFA item, buyers must pay a $200 tax stamp (or $5 for AOW items) and submit ATF Form 4 for a transfer. Applications can be filed as an individual or through a gun trust — a trust offers flexibility for multiple authorized users and can simplify the estate transfer process. Current ATF processing times are approximately 6–12 months. All NFA items must remain in the state of registration unless prior ATF approval is obtained for travel.
